
Information on our payment and cancellation terms
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the service must be paid. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 calendar days before the scheduled departure date. If full payment has not been received by that date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, in which casethe cancellation conditions set out below will apply.
Safety is our priority. If adverse weather conditions could compromise the safety of navigation or passengerson the scheduled date, we will try to agree a new date within the current season, subject to availability andmutual agreement. If this is not possible, a full refund of the amounts paid will be made. The final decision on whether conditions are suitable for sailing will be made exclusively by the vessel’s captain, always taking into account safety criteria and ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers.
If, due to force majeure or a breakdown that prevents safe navigation, we are unable to provide the service, we will try to offer you one of the following solutions:
